Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at imaginationwardrobe@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable 

Made-to-Order T-Shirt Refund Policy

All of our T-shirts are made to order especially for you. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the chosen size does not fit.

We will only accept returns or provide a replacement if:

● Your item arrives damaged or faulty.

● You receive the wrong item or incorrect design.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

As each T-shirt is custom made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

● Incorrect size ordered.

● Change of mind.

● Personal preference after production.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have checked the sizing information and are happy with your selection.

We find the best way to get your perfect fit is to compare the sizes in the listing to a top that you have at home.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
